Standard Sessions are 50 minutes in duration with a $230 fee.

Initial Sessions run for approximately 65 minutes to allow more time for a thorough understanding of your background and current concerns. As this appointment is longer, the fee for the first session is $270.

Telehealth appointments are available Australia-wide for individuals who prefer to access psychological support from the comfort and privacy of their own home. Telehealth can be a flexible and convenient option for those with busy schedules, mobility challenges, caring responsibilities, or who simply feel more comfortable meeting online. Sessions are conducted via a secure, confidential video platform and offer the same professional, evidence-based care as in-person appointments.

Psychological services are available with Medicare rebates for eligible clients who have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from their GP. This plan provides access to 10 rebated psychology sessions each calendar year and helps make therapy more affordable and accessible.

For eligible clients, the current Medicare rebate is $98.95 per session. Full session fees are payable at the time of the appointment, with the Medicare rebate processed following the session.

Ember and Bloom Psychology Clinic provide therapeutic supports for NDIS Self- Managed and Plan-Managed participants. Services can be billed directly to the plan manager, ensuring a smooth and accessible process.
